Every home we build is designed with the safety of our customer's family in mind. Jim Baty Homes is a trusted name in the Home Designing Industry, and has achieved this prestige by utilizing certain safety measures that are found only in our custom designed homes.

Our commitment to designing & building quality, custom homes begins with anchor bolts at the foundation - tying the walls to the concrete slab, roof rafter ties (tornado ties) tying the roof rafters to the walls, re-enforced garage door openings, and many other standard safety features intended to be Storm Resistant.

I've designed & built homes for my own family utilizing these same safety measures. Everyone should feel safe at home, especially during storm season. We at Jim Baty Homes have committed ourselves to excellence, we know your home is one of your families greatest investments.
